Backup data

Sorry all for urgent close website, I can't help anything because my account was terminated too.

Trust me, I was pained with this situation, I don't blame hostnine (it's his work) but time that I want more to fix all of its.

Sorry again and thank you for some people that understand & don't blame me, I 'm not good in English language, thank you from my hearth.

Last appeal

Dear Alex J.,

Thank you for your kindness about 3 days prior terminates notification. I do absolute understand your reason. The transfer progress will begin as soon as possible. All customers data transfer progress would be done within 3 days time frame. However, It may be possible that some of my customer accounts transfer progress may not be done within a time frame and need some more time. I would prefer to avoid the customer data lost at all cost if possible. I beg you for these if possible.

  1. If some accounts are in transferring progress when the time has reached. Could you please pending deletion on those accounts? Please consider them case by case if possible. Those data is important for them and they do not want to lost a bit. I just asking for a little more time expansion until the transfer progress completed only.
  2. If you have to delete those accounts really. Could you please get their data backed up? You may consider to keep them within a time frame you specified so my customer could get their data back before any deletion proceed.

1. Delete the accounts as they are moved. And if you neeed more time we will see some accounts will. But make sure you delete so we can see them being moved.

Hello,

I 'm your mid-level reseller for 6-7 months, use WHMCS, start hosting business at www.seohost10.com and have ~200 customers.
I create cPanel account about 1,000 and use disk for 30GB, please review my account for this:

- Am I use resource over limit?
- What is wrong on my hosting site?
- Have you any suggestion or comment?
- Am I pay more for my business together with you?

With respect, you said "You are still within your limits." but Alex J. said that he will terminate my reseller account at Monday.

Due to abuse issue in 1 account, the abuse issue not me -- it's my hosting's customer, I can terminate it for abuse issue but not whole all account, and I don't know why he 'll do this.

I have TOS in my site, it's same in your HostNine http://seohost10.com/terms-condition.php
I can forge to terminate site that wrong.

I build this site for half of year and try hard to promote them, SEO, PPC, paid for much more.
I get my customer only small site, limit disk usage only 1GB, try to save your server because of it's share with other, I respected.
I have 150+ customers that I need to take care of and I don't want to retired.


I can pay more or upgrade for more resource usage that my hosting business used.
I want to running my business partner with you for next long time, can you guarantee that Alex J. 'll not terminate my account?

What is you mean "You need to move your reseller account ASAP we no longer
wish to host you. Your accounts are nothing but trouble here."

account ip628 is my customer and I 'm not affiliate or any thing with him.

I have 100+ customer under my reseller, I should upgrade to top level?
or stop create new cPanel account?
what is the solution for this trouble?

Please explain to me.

You are not being terminated due to overusing your limits. You are being terminated because nearly every account you setup has abuse issues.

I really do not appreciate you trying to contradict other staff members by asking questions having nothing to do with the reason you are being terminated.
If this is attempted again we will move the termination date up.

You have until Monday to remove your data as Alex instructed you to do so.

Alex works hard to ensure that our servers are not used for abusive natures. Your clients have caused our company nothing but trouble, and cost us more in admin time than you pay us. Due to the extreme amount of abuse cases the only way we'd consider keeping your account is if you paid us a $25 fee every time your customers violate our TOS.

Can you install cPanel and move all account to Dedicate server?
If server crash, I will manage it with myself.

I am regretting to inform you that our web hosting provider – (HostNine.com) – chose to terminate our contract. This termination would be effected on October 5, 2009. We would suggest you to get your data backed up as soon as possible before that given time.

We will give refunds to customers in case:

  1. Full refunds to customers whom pay after November 20, 2009.
  2. Pro-rated refunds to customer whom pay annually, semi-annually, 3 months
